Tallgrass is the latest luxury home community for Michael J. Graft Builder. Tallgrass is a 109 acre development located in the beautiful countryside of Lake Barrington, Illinois. Tallgrass is a private, gated community with two independent entrance gates. Each gate will have separate entrance gates for residents and guests. Residents will activate the entrance gate through a transponder located within their vehicle. Guests will gain entry through a guest call box.

All streets located within the Tallgrass community will be maintained by the Tallgrass Homeowners Association. Each home site will have individual well and septic.
